Alfredo Guerra Guevara

Alfredo Guerra is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development at Harvard University. In the past, he was a consultant at ODH Consulting Group in Caracas, where he advised Henrique Capriles during his tenure as Governor and his Presidential Campaigns on several policy topics. His background also includes research on the political economy of electoral systems and was a Professor of Microeconomics at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.

Alfredo holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and International Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.  

Alfredo's primary research interests lie on economic development, cultural economics, political economy of natural resources and reforms, history economics, as well as applied microeconomics.
