Miranda was the Program Specialist at Harvard's Growth Lab. Prior to joining the Growth Lab, she worked as a Grants and Administrative Assistant and ESOL Instructor at the Refugee and Immigration Assistance Center (RIAC) in Roxbury. Simultaneously, she earned her Master’s degree in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School at Brandeis University. Miranda has worked on environmental economics/international development projects in Namibia, Belize and Nicaragua and has traveled to 45 countries over 6 different continents. She also worked in education in South Korea for a year and served as a Peace Corps TEFL volunteer in Albania for 3 years, working as an English teacher and regional foreign language specialist for the Directorate of Education in the region of Lezhe. She speaks Albanian fluently. Miranda holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and was a Division 1 gymnast and athletic and academic All-American at The Ohio State University.

In her free time she enjoys Latin dancing, traveling, and fishing.
